Here we introduce the admission procedures for both our ELC and Primary School.

ELC

  • 1School Visit & Admission Information
    Please attend an Open School event or review our admission information and school brochure.
  • 2Payment of Application Fee
    Please transfer the application fee to the bank account below.

    Documents to Prepare in Advance
    • ① Proof of application fee payment
    • ② A passport-style photo of your child
    • ③ A copy of an official ID issued by a public authority (e.g. My Number Card or passport)
      ※If submitting a My Number Card, please ensure that the ID number is completely covered. (We use it only to confirm name and date of birth.)
    • ④ (Optional) A copy of a report or evaluation issued by your child’s current nursery, kindergarten, or school
  • 4Student Observation & Parent Interview
    After reviewing the application, our admissions team will contact you by email to schedule the student observation and parent interview.

    Student Observation
    ・Half day (PreK / Kindergarten)
    ・Full day (Age 3, Preschool or mid-year enrollment)

    Parent Interview
    Conducted on the same day as the student observation (after drop-off or before pick-up).
  • 5Notification of Results (by Mail)
    The admission result will be sent by post approximately 10 days after the observation and interview.
  • 6Payment of Enrollment Fee
    Your child’s place will be secured upon payment of the enrollment fee.
    ※For mid-year enrollment, tuition fees will also be required at this time.
  • 7Submission of Enrollment Documents
    Please submit all required enrollment documents provided by the school.
    Details regarding submission methods and deadlines will be shared separately.
  • 8Preparation for Enrollment
    ① Application for the Early Childhood Education & Care Subsidy Program
    If you wish to use Japan’s Early Childhood Education & Care Subsidy Program, please complete the required “Facility Use Certification” application at your local municipality before enrollment.
    ※Retroactive certification is not available.

    ② Health Check
    A health check certificate using the school’s designated form must be submitted upon enrollment.
    Please visit a pediatric clinic of your choice for the examination.

    ③ Purchase of Uniforms & School Supplies
    Information on purchasing uniforms and school supplies will be provided after admission is confirmed.

    The entire process from application to enrollment typically takes about two months.

Primary School

  • 1School Visit & Admission Information
    Please attend a School Information Session or Trial Enrollment Day, or review our admission information and school brochure. Our regularly scheduled school information sessions and trial enrollment days for the 2025 academic year have now concluded.
    We are currently offering individual school visits and admission consultations upon request.

  • 4Entrance Examination & Parent Interview
    For Grade 1 Applicants (First & Second Application Periods)
    Entrance examinations and parent interviews will take place on the dates outlined in the enrollment schedule for new Grade 1 applicants.

    For Mid-Year Transfers or Applications During Additional Enrollment Periods
    After reviewing the application, our admissions team will contact you by email to schedule the entrance examination and parent interview.

Transfer Admissions

We accept transfer students throughout the year.
Applicants are required to demonstrate academic ability and English/Japanese proficiency appropriate for the grade level at the time of admission.
